Students are having fun with Sanda “defending the gates”. In this Sanda drill, they learn how to defend the basic eight (8) energy punches. One student punch, while his opponent stands with his back against the wall and defends the incoming blows. One of the most popular drills with the students; they enjoy the action and excitement.
